Scholar and preacher in the latter part of the seventeenth century. He was the author of a commentary on the Pentateuch, containing also notes on Rashi's commentary and entitled "Wa-Yiktab Mosheh" (Frankfort-on-the-Oder, 1694), and of "Ḳodesh la-Adonai," explanations to Ex. xxxix. 30 (ib. 1700).
