OPPENHEIM, ASHER ANSHEL:
Talmudist; lived at Dessau at the beginning of the nineteenth century. He was the author of "Dibre Asher" (part i., "Miktab Ḥarbot Ẓurim"), treatise on circumcision (Dessau, 1804).
